We built a staff-only dashboard, so we can watch Nodis's own health instead of guessing.

It shows workspaces, trials and paying shops, monthly revenue, and how many sites each shop watches. Each shop has a read-only page with its members, subscription, clients, sites and recent incidents.

A system screen shows the check backlog, results by region, email sends and failures, and heartbeats from the checks themselves. An abuse screen flags trials at the site cap and hosts that are rate-limiting our checks, and lets us pause checks to one host without touching anyone else's.

Every action we take here writes to an audit log, so there's a record of what changed and why.
